We are tucked away in one of the buildings here, focusing on our coding and various software tasks. It’s not a high-rise office with a view of the city skyline. Instead, we are right in the middle of the local bustle. The rooms are filled with the hum of computers and the clicking of keyboards for hours on end. We don't have a fancy breakroom or a gym for the staff. Most of the time, we are just sitting at our desks with our headphones on, trying to figure out a bit of code that isn't working right. When we need a break, we just step outside and grab a chai from the local vendor just down the street. Laxmi Nagar is great because everything you need is right there, even if the traffic is a bit much to handle sometimes. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing here. No one wears a suit or a tie. We are just a group of people who like building software and staying busy. Our desks are usually covered in notebooks, cables, and old tea cups. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s just how we work. We don't spend money on fancy stuff like leather chairs or art. We just need decent machines and a good connection.
