Ikonn Realtors is right here in the Dda Market at Lakshmi Nagar. We’re at number 31, just on Vikas Marg in the Defence Enclave area. If you know the V3S Mall, we are quite close to that. It’s a busy spot but we’ve been here for a bit now. People usually just drop by when they are around the market or heading towards the mall. We deal with property stuff in this part of town. There is always a lot happening on Vikas Marg and it keeps us busy most days. Our office is easy to find if you are walking through the market area. We just sit here and handle the daily work that comes with being a realtor in such a crowded place. It isn't a fancy office but it works for what we do. We know the streets around Lakshmi Nagar pretty well by now. Sometimes the traffic near the mall gets a bit much, but that is just how it is around here. We have our desk set up and we are usually around during the day. Most of the folks who come in are locals from the enclave or people looking to move closer to the metro line. We don't do big ads or anything like that. We just stay open and talk to whoever walks through the door. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. We’ve seen the area change over the years. Being near the Dda Market means there is always someone looking for something.
