We are located in the Vikas Deep Building, specifically rooms 313 and 315, over in Lakshmi Nagar. If you’ve spent any time in this part of town, you know the building. We’ve been operating out of here for a while, dealing with property and development stuff. It’s a busy office. There’s always someone on the phone or looking at a map of a new project. We don't try to be something we’re not; we’re just a group of people trying to manage real estate projects without too many hiccups. Anyone who has worked in this industry knows that things rarely go perfectly. There are always permits that take too long or a contractor who gets sick. We spend a lot of our time just trying to keep the wheels turning. Our office isn't overly fancy, but it works for what we need. We have plenty of files and blueprints scattered around. People come in and out all day asking about different plots or buildings. We try to give them the facts as we know them. It's a lot of coordination between the office here and the actual sites where the work is happening. We like being in Lakshmi Nagar because it feels like the middle of everything. The building itself is usually quite loud during the day with all the other offices, but we've gotten used to it. We just keep our door shut and get on with the work that needs finishing. That's our daily routine here.
