Human Resource Development Centre

We are based at 176-B, Pocket-E, in the LIG Flats of GTB Enclave. This is in the Delhi-110093 area. Our place, the Human Resource Development Centre, is tucked away in a residential neighborhood, so it feels more like a home than a big office. We like it that way because it’s a bit more relaxed. We have our desks set up in one of the rooms, and there are stacks of files almost everywhere you look. It’s not the most organized-looking place, but we manage to find what we need eventually. Working in the GTB Enclave means we see the same people walking their dogs or going to the market every day. It’s a nice community vibe. We don't have a marketing team or any fancy people telling us how to speak. We just do our work, which involves a lot of talking and planning for various projects. The furniture is a bit mismatched and the floor has some scuffs, but it serves its purpose. We don't have any grand statements to make about what we do. It’s just a job that we show up for every day. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay on top of the paperwork that seems to never end. It’s a very practical, down-to-earth environment. We aren't trying to be anything other than what we are—a local center doing our best in this little corner of Delhi.
