Hr Consulting Company

Our office is located at Flat H-137, Plot No 29, in the Rama Krishna Vihar area of IP Extension. It’s right on the edge of Delhi and Haryana, which makes the commute interesting for some of us. Being in an apartment complex means it stays a bit quieter than the main markets. We started this Hr Consulting Company because we knew a lot about how people get hired. It isn't a huge operation with hundreds of staff. Instead, it’s just a handful of us sitting in a converted flat. We spend a lot of time on the phone and looking at resumes on our screens. The sun hits the balcony in the afternoon, which is nice when we need a break from the typing. Dealing with recruitment is mostly about listening to what people need and trying to find someone who fits. It takes a lot of patience. Sometimes we stay late when a big project comes in, and other times it is just the usual routine. The neighborhood is mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down. We don't have any flashy signs outside. Just a small plate on the door so people know they found the right place. We just try to do right by the people who call us. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy every day. We don't need a fancy office to do what we do.
