Hot Food Technology

You can find us at Plot No. 30/127 on the Main Road in Trilok Puri. It is a loud, active area with people constantly passing by the front. We work with food technology, which mostly means we spend our time around kitchen equipment and machines that help people cook or process food. The workshop floor is often cluttered with tools, spare parts, and metal scraps from whatever we are putting together that day. It isn't a quiet office environment; there is usually someone hammering something or testing out a new piece of gear. We get a lot of walk-ins because we are right on the main road, so we end up talking to a lot of local folks about their kitchens. The walls are a bit stained from the work, and the lighting could probably be better, but it is where we get everything done. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or flashy advertisements. If someone wants to see what we do, they just come in and look at the equipment we have on the floor. It is a straightforward business. We show up early, deal with the heat from the machines, and try to fix whatever problems our customers are having with their setups. Sometimes the orders pile up and we stay late, but that is just part of running a shop in a place like Trilok Puri. It is honest, hard work and it keeps us grounded.
