Hi Choice Biryani Private Limited is just a small place we have over here in Laxmi Nagar. It’s on the ground floor at J-3/163. Honestly, most days it’s just us trying to get the rice right and making sure the spices don’t burn. We spend a lot of time in that kitchen in East Delhi. It gets really hot, especially in the summers when the Delhi heat is hitting hard. People come by from the extension area and we just serve whatever is ready. It isn't a fancy setup. We have some chairs and the smell of cardamom is everywhere. Sometimes the deliveries are late because the traffic around Laxmi Nagar is a nightmare, but we do what we can. We started this because we liked cooking and it seemed like a good idea at the time. My cousin helps out with the accounts when he isn't busy. We use the address J-3/163 for everything. It's tucked away a bit. You have to look for the sign. We go through so many bags of rice every week. Sometimes we run out of chicken earlier than expected and have to tell people to wait. That’s just how it goes here. It’s mostly just hard work and hoping the stove doesn't act up. We've been here for a while now and the neighbors know us. It's a simple life running a food place in this part of New Delhi.
