It’s a bit more personal, and we know the security guards and the neighbors by name. We’ve set up our workspace here to handle our daily business, and it works out well for us. We don't have a big neon sign outside or anything like that. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of coffee being drank throughout the day. IP Extension is a busy part of Delhi, but once you’re inside the apartment, it gets a lot quieter. We handle a variety of tasks, and the team is small enough that everyone knows what everyone else is doing. We don't have formal meetings with slides; we just talk across the room when something needs to be sorted out. It’s a very practical way to run things. Sometimes the elevators are slow, or the parking is a bit of a nightmare for visitors, but we’ve learned to deal with the quirks of the building. We’re just a bunch of people doing our jobs in a place that feels a bit more like a home than a corporate headquarters. It’s not about being fancy; it’s just about being efficient in the space we have available to us.
