Our office is over in Jitar Nagar, right on the second floor of C-63. If you know the Preet Vihar area, it’s not too hard to find, though the stairs can be a bit steep if you’re carrying heavy gear. We’ve been set up here for a while now, dealing with all sorts of tech issues that people in the neighborhood bring to us. It's not a huge space, just a few rooms filled with cables, monitors, and parts we’ve collected over the months. Most days it’s just the sound of fans whirring and someone clicking away at a keyboard. We deal with a lot of different systems, some old and some new, and there’s always something that needs fixing or updating. The traffic around Preet Vihar can be a headache, so we usually get in early to beat the rush. It’s a busy spot, and sometimes the office feels a bit cramped with all the equipment, but we make it work. We aren't trying to be some big fancy firm; we just focus on the hardware and software problems that come our way. Sometimes a customer will stay and watch while we work, and we don't mind the company. It’s a decent place to spend the day, and we know the tea stall downstairs pretty well by now. It’s just how things are run here in this part of Delhi. Sometimes the internet goes slow in this part of Jitar Nagar, so we have to find other things to do like cleaning out the old towers or organizing the spare cables. We’ve got a lot of those, mostly tangled in a big box in the corner. The landlord is a nice enough fellow who doesn't mind the noise when we're testing the speakers or running a loud diagnostic. We try not to bother the people on the first floor too much. It’s just a regular office life, really, with a lot of coffee and the sound of the ceiling fan clicking every time it spins.
