Hcl Technologies

We are based out of 311 Nirman Apartments in Mayur Vihar Phase - 1. It is a bit of a different setup since we are located inside a residential apartment complex in New Delhi 110001. This is where Hcl Technologies has this particular branch. It is not like those giant glass buildings you see in the tech parks. Instead, it is a quiet spot where we can actually focus on the work at hand. We have a few rooms set up with computers and servers. It feels a lot more like a home office than a corporate environment, which most of us actually prefer. We spend our days coding, troubleshooting, and talking to clients on the phone or through emails. Because we are in an apartment block, we know our neighbors and try not to make too much noise. The commute is easy for those of us living in East Delhi, which is a big plus. Sometimes the power goes out or the lift acts up, but that is just part of living and working in this part of the city. We keep things pretty simple here. There are no fancy lounges or snack bars, just a kettle for tea and our workstations. We just show up, do the technical work that needs doing, and head home. It is a practical way to run things, and it keeps us grounded. We have been here for a while and it suits the way we work.
