We aren't sitting in a skyscraper with glass walls or anything like that. It feels more like a community here. We see the same people walking their dogs or going to the market every single day. At Hcl Technologies Ltd, we just focus on the tasks we have at hand. There is no fancy talk about being the best or anything. We just work. The office at Phase 2 is convenient for a lot of us who live nearby. It has a very local feel to it. We have our small kitchen area where we eat lunch and talk about regular stuff, not just the job.
