Harinam Properties

Harinam Properties is right here in Shop No 101 at the Agarwal Complex. We are pretty close to the Yamuna Sports Complex, so it’s easy to tell people where we are located in Surajmal Vihar. The shop isn't very large, but it fits our desks and a few chairs for when people stop by to chat about local property. We spend a lot of our time out and about looking at different sites, but there’s usually someone at the shop if you need anything. It’s a busy neighborhood with people always walking past the window. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the area over the years. Some of the files in our cabinets are pretty old, but we keep them because you never know when you’ll need to check a detail from back then. We don't have any fancy marketing people writing our stuff; we just tell it like it is. If a place is good, we say so, and if it has problems, we mention that too. It’s just how we prefer to handle things. The kettle is almost always on because we drink a lot of tea while going through paperwork. It’s a small operation, just us working hard in the community. Surajmal Vihar is a good place to be based, and we’re happy staying right here in the complex. We just keep it simple and focus on the day-to-day work.
