Over in East of Loni Road, you'll find us at 298 Pocket-C. This is East Delhi, so it’s always moving. H&K Apparels is what we call ourselves. We do clothing work. It’s not a huge setup with hundreds of people. It’s just a practical space where we handle the day-to-day stuff. Sometimes the street gets blocked by trucks, which is a headache. We spend a lot of time looking at threads and needles. The lighting in the back could be better, but we make it work. It’s mostly about getting the garments ready on time. We don't have a marketing department. If you need us, you just come to Pocket-C. We’ve had some good days and some stressful ones. The heat in Delhi during summer makes the work harder, but the fans keep spinning. We are just regular people making clothes. There’s no secret to it. We take the fabric, cut it, and sew it. My brother handles some of the logistics. It’s a family-style environment even though it's a private limited company on paper. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. It's just apparel. Plain and simple. 110093 is our area. Most of the people around here are doing similar things. We just try to stay busy and keep the quality decent. It's a lot of work but it keeps the lights on and the staff paid.
