H K Ansari Properties is located at 1427 in Mustafabad. We are right in Gali Number 15, which is part of Rajiv Gandhi Nagar. It’s a tight-knit area where the houses are close together and everyone knows their neighbor. Our office is just a room in the building where we can sit and talk to people. We don't have a big team or anything like that. It’s a small, local operation. Most of what we do is help people find small flats or rooms to rent in this part of town. We also handle some buying and selling of the smaller plots around here. Being in Gali 15 means we see the daily life of the neighborhood every time we step outside. We aren't corporate people. We write things down in notebooks and remember faces rather than account numbers. It’s a very personal way of doing things.
