We are based out of Mayur Kunj in East Delhi, specifically in Flat No. 39 of the A.I.I.M.S. Apartments. It’s a residential complex, so it feels more like a home than a typical office. We do advisory work from here, which mostly involves a lot of meetings and looking over data on our laptops. The apartment is okay, it’s got enough room for our small team to sit and work without bumping into each other too much. Mayur Kunj is a decent area, though the traffic getting here can be a bit of a headache during peak hours. We’ve got a balcony where we sometimes take a break and look out at the other buildings in the complex. It’s a quiet enough place most of the time, except when there’s some construction or maintenance going on nearby. We don’t have a big lobby or a security desk just for us; you just come to the apartment like you’re visiting a friend. The furniture is pretty basic—just some tables and chairs we bought when we started. We don’t spend much on making the place look fancy because we’d rather just focus on the advisory tasks we have to do. It’s a practical way to run things. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors don't seem to mind us. It’s just where we do our business every day, sitting around the table and getting things sorted for our clients as they come.
