Our office is number 404, way up on the third floor of the Veer Savarkar Block in Shakarpur. It’s a typical Delhi office building with a lot of stairs and a lift that sometimes has a mind of its own. Growider Medical Systems Private Limited deals with medical systems, which involves a lot of technical work and coordination. From our window on the third floor, you can see all the chaos of the Shakarpur streets below. It’s a busy place with a lot of energy and traffic. We aren't a big, polished company. Our office is filled with files, computers, and parts of systems we are working on. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to clients or technicians who are out in the field. It’s a lot of detail-oriented work. Sometimes we stay late to finish up a project, and the building gets really quiet then. We don't have a big sign outside or a fancy entrance. Just a door with our name on it in the long hallway. We like being in the 110092 area because it feels connected to everything. The people working here have been around for a while, so we know each other’s habits and how everyone likes their tea. We don’t do any big promotions or marketing. We just rely on doing a decent job so people come back to us. It’s a straightforward way to run a business in this building.
