Godelicious Foods Llp is tucked away at D 312, right on the ground floor behind the Ram Mandir in Vivek Vihar. It is a pretty easy spot to find if you know where the temple is. We have been working out of this space for a while now. It is mostly about getting food out to people who want it. We do not have a fancy storefront or anything, just a functional kitchen area where we handle everything. Sometimes the street gets crowded because of the temple nearby, but we have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. The staff here is just a few local folks. We spend our mornings prepping and the rest of the day busy with orders. It is nothing too complicated. We just try to keep the place clean and the food moving. Working in Vivek Vihar has its ups and downs, like anywhere else. You learn to deal with the local traffic and the heat. We do not spend money on big ads. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. It is a small operation, really. We just focus on the daily tasks. If you walk past the Ram Mandir and look for the ground floor unit, that is us. We are usually there until late making sure everything is finished up. It is hard work, but it keeps us going and keeps the bills paid.
