You can find us at S-513 on the 1st floor along Vikas Marg. We are in the Schook Block area of Shakarpur. It’s a busy part of the city, and finding parking can be a real challenge sometimes. Global Machine And Tools Co. operates out of this office. It’s a straightforward space. We have some desks, some filing cabinets, and a lot of catalogs for the machines we handle. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. We’re just a small team working together to keep things moving. The office is a bit old-fashioned. We still use paper ledgers for some things because it just feels easier. We spend a lot of our time on the phone with customers or checking on orders. It’s a lot of routine work, but we don’t mind. We try to be helpful when people call with questions. We don't have a fancy mission statement or a marketing department. We just do the work as it comes. Sometimes we stay late to finish up a particularly difficult order. The neighborhood is full of life, with plenty of shops and people around. We like the energy of Shakarpur. It’s a good place for a business like ours to be. We’re just ordinary people trying to provide tools and machines to those who need them. We don't make it more complicated than that. It’s a decent way to earn a living.
