Genpact

We are located at B 101 Sagar Sadan, which is Plot No 113 in the Ip Extn area of Patparganj. It’s in Delhi 92. This is a pretty well-known spot in East Delhi. Genpact has a space here in this building. Sagar Sadan is a typical residential-commercial mix, so there are always people coming and going. It’s a bit of a maze if you aren’t used to it, but once you find B 101, you’re good. Our office isn’t anything out of the ordinary. It’s just a few rooms filled with people trying to stay on top of their work. Being in Patparganj means we’re close to a lot of things, which is helpful. The building itself is older, but it’s sturdy. We don’t have a big lobby or fancy elevators. We just have a door and a place to sit. It’s a very grounded atmosphere. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to make the place sound like something it isn’t. We are just Genpact at Plot No 113. Some days the traffic in Ip Extn is a nightmare, and other days it’s not so bad. We just take it as it comes. It’s a regular job in a regular part of Delhi. We like the local vibe here. It feels like we are part of the neighborhood rather than some isolated corporation. It’s a simple, honest place to be for us and we've grown fond of the location over the years.
