Genesis Talent Management

We are over at 77, Kishan Kunj in Laxminagar. It’s a very tight-knit and busy area in Delhi-110092. Our work is focused on finding people for various jobs, what some people call talent management. But to us, it’s really just about talking to people and seeing where they might fit best. We have a small, slightly cluttered office here. It’s usually filled with stacks of resumes and notes we’ve taken during our many interviews. Laxminagar is always crowded, especially the areas near the metro station, so it takes a bit of time to get here sometimes. We don’t have a flashy entrance or a big sign. It’s just a regular door on a regular street. Inside, it’s just us working through our lists and making calls. We’ve been here in Kishan Kunj for a good period of time now. We know the local rhythms and the best places to grab a quick snack nearby. We don’t use any high-tech or fancy software to pick out people. We just talk to them and use our own gut feeling based on years of doing this. It’s a very human and personal process. Sometimes it gets a bit stressful when we have to fill a lot of positions quickly for a client, but we always manage. We don't pretend to be some huge international firm with offices everywhere. We are just local recruiters who know the Delhi job market well. We try to be fair to both the companies and the workers. It’s a simple approach that seems to work for everyone who walks in here.
