Ganpati Realtech LLP

Working out of a basement has its ups and downs. Ganpati Realtech LLP is at 228, Jagriti Enclave, down in the basement level. It stays a bit cooler down here when the Delhi sun is beating down on Shahdara in the summer. We’ve set up a decent little workspace for ourselves. It’s mostly just a few of us surrounded by folders and maps of the neighborhood. We don’t go for anything flashy or expensive. Most of our work is just explaining things to folks who want to move into the area or sell their old place. Jagriti Enclave is a nice enough spot, and we’ve seen it grow quite a bit lately. We spend a lot of time out of the office too, meeting people at different sites or checking out a new construction project. There’s always someone coming by with a question about a boundary or a lease agreement. We just handle it as it comes. No fancy brochures or polished sales pitches here. We just tell people what the current prices are and what’s actually available on the market. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning to night. Sometimes we grab lunch from the local stalls nearby and just talk about the latest property news. That’s the life of a local realtor in East Delhi. It's simple, a bit dusty sometimes, but it’s what we do every day.
