Funex Reality Private Limited

Funex Reality Private Limited is a small office located in Laxmi Nagar. We are on the ground floor at Shop No 3, which is part of the Guru Ram Dass Nagar area. The address has changed over time from the old number 431/442 to the new number 430/443, but we are still in the same spot. Laxmi Nagar is a very crowded and busy part of East Delhi, so there is always a lot of noise and activity right outside the shop. We mainly deal with local real estate stuff. It is just a simple shop-front where a few of us sit and handle the daily work. We don’t have any fancy corporate offices or big teams. Most of what we do involves looking at local property listings and helping people with the paperwork involved in buying or renting. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just walk in and ask questions. We spend a lot of time talking to folks from the neighborhood. It is not a very polished business; we just have our desks, some files, and our phones. The 110092 area is constantly changing, so we try to keep up with what is happening on each street. We don’t use any big slogans or anything like that. We just show up every day, open the shop, and get to work. It is a practical, local operation and we like being right in the middle of Guru Ram Dass Nagar.
