Focus Brands Ltd.

Our office is in Mayur Vihar, Phase-I, specifically at 6-F Pocket-1. It’s one of those parts of Delhi where everything feels very lived-in. Focus Brands Ltd. operates out of this space, and it’s basically where all the planning happens. We aren't a massive corporation with floors of people; we are just a dedicated group trying to keep our brands relevant. The walls are a bit plain, and we have some old chairs that probably should have been replaced a year ago. But they’re comfortable enough for the work we do. We spend a lot of time on the phone or on computers, looking at what people are buying and what we need to ship out. Mayur Vihar is a busy place, so getting here in the morning can be a bit of a struggle with the traffic, but once you’re inside, it’s okay. We keep some samples of the products we work with on the shelves, mostly just to keep track of everything. It’s a practical setup. We don't spend money on expensive art or fancy rugs. We’d rather just make sure the business is running smoothly. Most of the staff lives nearby, so we often talk about local stuff over lunch. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of workplace. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to make sure nothing falls through the cracks at the end of the day. It is not always exciting, but it is what we do.
