We are based at H-26 in East Chander Nagar. This is Flavorest India Private Limited. Our neighborhood is one of those places where everyone seems to know each other. It’s a lot more relaxed than the industrial areas, which we like. The building is just a normal spot on the street. We handle various aspects of our business from here. Since we are in the food and flavor industry, there’s always something interesting to talk about. The office isn't very large. We’ve crammed a few desks in there and some shelves for our samples. It gets a bit cluttered sometimes, but we know where everything is. We don’t have a dedicated marketing person or a big HR department. Usually, the person who answers the phone is the same person who handles the orders. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things. In East Chander Nagar, life moves at a decent pace. We have our regulars who drop by, and the local shops are just a short walk away. Sometimes we have meetings sitting around the main table with some snacks. We don’t use big corporate words or have long powerpoint presentations. We just discuss what needs to happen for the day and then we go ahead and do it. It’s a simple way to run a company, but it works for us. Everyone here just pitches in and gets the work finished before heading home.
