Firstcall

You can find us at 163 J&K in Laxmi Nagar. It is a very busy part of East Delhi. Firstcall is a small operation where we handle a lot of phone calls and coordination. The office is tucked away in a street that is always full of people and rickshaws moving about. It is not a quiet place, that is for sure. We have a few rooms with basic furniture and some computers. Nothing fancy or expensive. We spend our days answering queries and trying to help people out with whatever they need. Laxmi Nagar is known for being a bit chaotic but we have gotten used to it over the years. We do not have a big sign or a fancy lobby to greet people. Most people just know where we are located. We have a couple of old fans that make a lot of noise in the summer heat. It is just a normal workplace. We do not have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just want to do our jobs well and go home to our families at the end of the day. Some of us have been working here since we first started. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the daily news during our breaks. We handle a lot of different things, mostly just being the first point of contact for folks.
