Ezentech India Pvt. Ltd. is based at A/127 in the H.B. Colony of Kondli. This part of Delhi 110096 is quite packed with buildings and people, so there is never a dull moment around the office. We have a small space that we have packed with all our equipment and desks over the years. It is a bit of a tight squeeze when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. The colony has its own rhythm, and we are just one small part of that. We spend most of our time staring at screens or talking on the phone to sort out project details. It’s the kind of office where you might find a stray cat wandering near the door or hear the neighbors talking while we are trying to finish a report. We don’t really have a dress code or anything formal like that. People just come in, do their bit, and we move on to the next thing on the list. The air conditioner struggles a bit when it gets really hot in the middle of May, but we just keep the curtains drawn and keep working. There aren't any big posters or mission statements on the walls, just some old calendars and maybe a few notes pinned up. It’s a plain, honest workspace where the daily grind is what matters most to everyone here.
