Our little office is tucked away in Krishna Nagar at F-8/23 A. If you know this part of Delhi, you know how packed and lively the streets get every single day. Finding a parking spot near the office is a real struggle for all of us. We have been at this location for a while now. Most mornings start with us wiping down the desks because of the dust that blows in from the main road. Expera India is basically just a small group of us working on various business projects. We do not have those big glass walls or fancy coffee machines you see in corporate movies. We just have an electric kettle and a jar of biscuits in the corner. The afternoon sun hits the windows pretty hard, so we usually keep the curtains closed to stay cool. Some days are really quiet, just the sound of everyone typing away. Other days, everyone is talking at once and it gets a bit loud in the small room. We handle a lot of paperwork and digital files. It is straightforward work, nothing too flashy or complicated. Our neighbors are mostly families and some other small shops. Sometimes we go out for a quick lunch at the local dhaba nearby. We try to get things done on time, but sometimes the work piles up. It feels like a small community here where we know the mailman and the guy who delivers the water.
