Exl Services Bpo

Exl Services Bpo is located over in Krishnanagar at B-4/13. It’s a busy residential and commercial mix, and we’ve been here in this part of Delhi for quite some time. We handle back-office work and business processes, which mostly means we are on the computer or the phone all day. The office is a regular building, nothing too fancy, just enough space for our team and our equipment. Krishnanagar is a lively place, so there’s always noise from the street, which keeps us awake. We don't have a big corporate lobby with a fountain or anything like that. It’s just a place where we come to work every morning. We have a small break area where we eat lunch and talk about the news. Our team is mostly local people from the neighborhood or nearby areas. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We just focus on getting the tasks done for our clients so they don't have to worry about them. Some days are long, especially when we have a lot of data to get through, but we manage. We’ve grown a bit over the years, but we still feel like a local business. The building has its own quirks, like the elevator that sometimes decides not to work. We don't mind taking the stairs, though. We just keep our heads down, do the work, and try to make sure everything is accurate before we head home in the evening.
