We are located at Civil Lines Shop No 4, and that is where we do most of our daily business. It’s a pretty straightforward setup we have here. People stop by when they need help with their equipment or have questions about how things work. Being in Shop No 4 means we are easy to spot if you are walking through Civil Lines. The shop isn't anything fancy, just a room with some desks and the gear we use to test things out. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to folks who walk in off the street. It gets a bit cramped sometimes when we have a lot of stock coming in, but we manage to keep it organized enough to find what we need. The area around Civil Lines is usually humming with people, so there is always something going on outside our door. We try to keep things simple. If something is broken, we look at it. If someone needs a part, we try to find it. We aren't trying to be the biggest place around, just a reliable one where people can get what they need without a lot of fuss. Most of us have lived around here for years, so we know the local pace. It’s a job like any other, and we just try to do it right. Sometimes the tea runs cold before we can drink it, but that's just a busy day for us at Shop No 4.
