If you know Delhi, you know that these streets can get pretty crowded and busy at almost any time of the day. Our space is more of a warehouse and office combined. Ceramics can be quite heavy and they take up a lot of room, so the place is mostly filled with stock and crates. We don't have a polished showroom with lights and mirrors. We just have the items on shelves where we can find them. The office part is just a couple of desks where we handle the orders and talk to customers. B. R. Ceramics Pvt. Ltd. is a local business that has stayed in this spot for years. We aren't a big chain. We just focus on what we have in front of us. Some days are very busy with deliveries and other days are a bit slower. We don't use any fancy marketing talk because that’s not really who we are. We are just workers who know about ceramics.
