Mamta Bartan Bhandar

Mamta Bartan Bhandar is located at 626/3 on the Gandhi Nagar Main Road. It’s pretty easy to spot us if you are near Mukherjee Gali. We’ve got a lot of items packed into the space, mostly all kinds of utensils and things people need for their homes. It can get a little cramped when we get a big shipment in, but we try to keep it organized so people can actually walk around. The main road is always busy, so there’s a lot of noise and people passing by all day long. We spend most of our time stacking shelves or talking to people who come in looking for a specific pot or pan. It's a simple shop, and we don't try to make it something it isn't. We’ve been in Gandhi Nagar for quite some time now, and we know most of the people who live around here. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so we’re usually here from morning until the evening. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything like that; we just open the shutters and see who comes in. Sometimes it's slow, and sometimes we can't keep up with everyone, but that's just how retail works on a busy street like this. We just keep doing what we do every day without much fuss. It's a lot of work keeping everything dusted and in the right place, but we manage to get through the day.
