Cook

The business known as Cook is located at House No-172, Block No-19 in Kalyan Puri. We are right near the old Chand Cinema in New Delhi - 110091. This is a very local neighborhood, and our house is right in the middle of all the daily activity. We do a lot of food preparation and cooking right here from this spot. It’s not a commercial factory or a big restaurant kitchen. It’s just a house where we have set things up to handle a lot of cooking. Every morning, we are out getting fresh ingredients from the local markets nearby. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day long, from the kids playing in the street to the noise from the shops near the cinema. It’s a busy life, and there is always something that needs to be cleaned or a pot that needs watching. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. Word of mouth is how most people find out about us. We just focus on making food that tastes good and getting it to the people who want it. Block 19 is a tight-knit place, and we’ve been part of it for a long time. The work is physical and keeps us on our feet for most of the day, but we prefer being busy. It’s just us, working out of House 172, making sure the meals are ready and the kitchen is running like it should.
