Working out of 28 A Hans Vihar Apartments here in New Delhi is an interesting experience. It is not your typical office building with glass walls. It feels much more like a home, which I think makes the atmosphere a bit more relaxed for everyone. We’ve been at this spot for a while, and the neighborhood feels very familiar now. Delhi is always fast and noisy, but once we are inside the apartment, we can actually hear ourselves think. We usually start our mornings early before the traffic really peaks. There is always someone making coffee or tea in the small kitchen area. We spend our days dealing with website stuff and various digital tasks. It’s a lot of sitting around and typing, but we make sure to take breaks and chat. You won’t find any corporate jargon here because we just don't talk like that. We speak plainly about what needs to happen and then we do it. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power fluctuates, which is just part of being in this part of town, but we manage. Being located in a residential complex means we have to be mindful of the neighbors, so we don't make too much noise. Elixir Web Solutions is basically just a group of people trying to do a good job from a comfortable spot in the city.
