Egatee Development India is located in Laxmi Nagar, specifically at D-246, Office 303 in the Balaji Chamber. Laxmi Nagar is a hub for all sorts of small businesses and coaching centers, so Street Number 10 is always packed with people and scooters. Our office is up on the third floor, so we get a bit of a view of the rooftops around East Delhi. It’s a basic office setup with a couple of rooms and a small corner where we have our tea and coffee. We focus on development work here. This usually means sitting for long hours in front of monitors, typing away and trying to solve problems. The building itself, Balaji Chamber, is pretty old and the elevator can be a bit temperamental, so we often just take the stairs to save time. It keeps us moving during the day. The walls are a plain off-white, and we’ve got some calendars pinned up to keep track of the work days. It’s not a flashy environment. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just have a small group of people who know how to do their jobs. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when there’s a festival or a lot of traffic nearby, but we just put on our headphones and keep going. We like being in Laxmi Nagar because everything we need is just a short walk away. It’s a practical place for a practical business, and we just do our daily work.
