We are over at Plot No-483 in the Patparganj Industrial Area. E Smart Systems Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this spot for some time. It's a busy part of Patparganj with lots of trucks and people moving around all day. We spend most of our time dealing with the systems side of things, usually tucked away in the office or out on a site nearby. It gets a bit dusty around the industrial area but that's just how it is. We aren't trying to be anything fancy, just a group of people working on technical stuff. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other days it's quiet enough to actually get through the paperwork. We handle various bits of tech and hardware that businesses around here need. People usually find us by word of mouth or because they saw the sign while driving through the area. It’s a practical setup we have here. We have some desks, some testing equipment, and a lot of cables everywhere. It’s not always organized perfectly, but we know where everything is when a job comes in. We don't have a big marketing department, we just focus on the tasks people give us. Being in Patparganj means we are close to a lot of other businesses, which makes it easier to get parts when we run out of something. We just keep our heads down and get through the pile of work on our desks.
