The 4th floor at 107/3 on the main Patparganj Road is where you’ll find DURRANI ESTATES PRIVATE LIMITED. It’s a busy stretch of road in Khureji. Being up on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view of the Shahdara traffic, which never really seems to stop. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while now. It’s not a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a place where we sit down and handle the daily grind of real estate. We talk to people about buying land or renting out shops in this part of Delhi. It gets noisy with the main road right there, but you get used to the sound of horns after a few weeks. Most of our day is spent on the phone or tracking down property papers from various offices. We aren't interested in making things sound more complicated than they are. Property is just about finding a place that fits. We know the local owners and we know the shortcuts through the alleys. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit by the window for some fresh air while we wait. It’s a very normal, local business. We don't have a big marketing team or anything polished. It’s just us, some old desks, and a lot of knowledge about the Khureji area. If you need something in Shahdara, this is where we are.
