We’re located at House No. 80 in Block No-2 of Trilokpuri. It’s not far from Mayur Vihar, so people from both areas tend to stop by. Our place is basically where all the packages come and go. It’s usually a bit of a mess with boxes stacked up and people coming in to ship stuff out. We’ve been handling the courier needs for this neighborhood for a long time. It’s a busy job, especially around the holidays or when everyone is ordering things online. The space is practical, nothing fancy at all. We just have our scales, some tape, and plenty of logbooks. Sometimes the street gets narrow and it’s hard for the bigger delivery trucks to get through, but we manage. We aren't the type to wear suits or have big meetings. We’re usually in our everyday clothes, moving boxes and helping customers at the counter. It’s a lot of manual work and making sure addresses are written clearly so nothing gets lost. Being in Trilokpuri means we know a lot of the neighbors by name now. It’s a local operation even though we’re part of a bigger network. We try to get things out on time, but sometimes the traffic in Delhi has other plans. We just keep at it, one package at a time. If you need to send something, just look for the house number in Block 2. We’re usually there early in the morning and stay until the last shipment is ready.
