It’s a bit funny because our name says Pune, but we are actually located in New Delhi, over at B-132 in Pandavnagar, Patparjang. We get asked about that a lot. The office is in a busy part of Delhi where the streets are always full of people and small shops. It’s a compact space, and we have to be very organized to make sure we don't run out of room for all our stuff. We have a few desks squeezed in together, and the chairs are a bit squeaky when you move. We do a lot of administrative work and coordination from here. It isn't a high-rise office with a view of the city. We mostly see the building across the narrow street. The air conditioner works most of the time, which is a relief during the Delhi summers. We have a small corner for files and a printer that makes a lot of noise when it starts up. People who work here have been around for a long time, so we all know how each other likes their tea. It’s a very grounded place. We don't have a big corporate culture or meetings about "synergy." We just get the daily tasks done and try to stay on top of the messages. The 110092 area is quite lively, so there is always something happening outside our door. There’s a guy who sells parathas near the corner and the smell often drifts inside around lunchtime. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
