Delhi is a huge, bustling city, and Shastri Nagar has its own unique energy. It’s a mix of homes and small businesses, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We work on software and technology projects, but our office doesn’t look like those glass towers you see in the movies. It is a simple, functional space where we have our computers and servers set up. Sometimes the electricity acts up or the street gets a bit too noisy, but we just work through it. We aren't big on corporate culture or fancy titles. We are just a group of people who enjoy solving technical problems. We don't spend our time writing mission statements or doing promotional events. We mostly just focus on the code and making sure everything works for the people we are helping. Most of our team lives nearby, so we are very much a part of the local community. We have our favorite tea stall just down the road where we go when we need a break. It is a very honest, straightforward way to run a business in a city as busy as Delhi.
