Our office is tucked away in West Vinod Nagar, specifically at D-56 near IP Extension. It is a busy part of the city, and finding parking can be a real headache some days, but we manage. Inside the office, it is pretty much what you would expect from a software company. We have got rows of desks and monitors. Most of us have been working together for a while, so there is a lot of shorthand talk about coding and software bugs that might sound like another language to someone walking in off the street. We are not big on formal meetings or wearing suits. It is more of a jeans and t-shirt kind of place where the focus is on getting the code to actually work. The neighborhood has some good local food spots, which is where you will find us during the afternoon break. We decided to set up in this part of Delhi because it felt more real than some of the polished corporate parks further out. The building itself is quite standard, nothing flashy. We spend a lot of our time staring at screens and trying to figure out why a certain piece of software isn't behaving. It can be frustrating, but that is the job. We just keep at it until the work is finished. It is a small team, and we all know our roles pretty well by now. We just do the work.
