Dishwish Foods Pvt. Ltd.

Our setup at Dishwish Foods Pvt. Ltd. is on the first floor of a building in Laxmi Nagar. The exact address is F-262/263 on Street No. 23. It is a very busy neighborhood with lots of houses and small shops packed together. We use the space mainly for preparing and packing our food products. The stairs going up to our floor are a bit narrow and steep, which makes moving heavy crates a real chore. We have a kitchen area that takes up the bulk of the floor plan. It usually smells like whatever we are cooking that day, maybe onions or toasted grains. We are a small team and there is no real hierarchy here. Everyone helps with the cleaning and the packing when things get busy. The noise from the street below never really stops, with the horns and the people shouting. We have a few delivery bikes that come and go throughout the day. Sometimes the power goes out in Laxmi Nagar and everything comes to a halt, but we just sit and wait it out. It is a bit of a squeeze in here, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint. We don't have a big corporate board or anything. It’s just us trying to make decent food and get it sent out on time. We keep our records in some old binders on a shelf near the window.
