If you look for Gali No.10 in Joshi Colony, you’ll find us on the second floor of Plot No- B-94/13. It is not the easiest place to find if you aren't from around here. Patparganj is a busy area, especially around I.P. Extension. We are tucked away in the back. Dhanpali Foods & Beverages is basically just a few rooms where we manage everything. Since we are on the second floor, we have to carry everything up the stairs, which is a bit of a workout every day. It’s a bit cramped with all the boxes of food and drinks stacked up against the walls. We don't have a reception desk or a waiting room. It is just a place where work happens. Most of the time we are on the phone or checking the inventory. The noise from the street downstairs comes up through the windows. Gali No.10 is always full of bikes and delivery vans. It’s a bit messy, to be honest. Papers everywhere and the sound of the fan humming all day. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity. We are just a small team trying to keep things moving. It gets hot in the summer up here on the second floor, but we just keep the windows open and get on with it. We handle a variety of stuff, mostly just regular food items. It’s a simple operation, nothing too fancy. We just work hard and get through the list.
