Dexoware Tech Llp

Over in the Okhla Industrial Area, Dexoware Tech Llp is based at E 44/3, right on the ground floor. Since it’s Phase 2, the surroundings are pretty rugged. There are trucks moving and people working all around us. Our office fits right in with that. It’s a ground-floor space with high ceilings and a concrete floor. We have some heavy-duty desks and standard office chairs. It’s not a place where you’d find a lot of decorations. We have some charts on the walls to help us keep track of things, but that’s about it. We like being in Okhla because it feels like a place where things actually get made. There’s a lot of energy in the air. Our day usually starts early and we stay until the work is finished. We have a small pantry area with a microwave and a kettle. Most of us bring our own lunch and eat together at one of the larger tables. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We don’t bother with corporate talk or fancy presentations. If we have a problem, we just sit down and talk it through until it’s fixed. The windows are a bit small, but they let in enough light for us. It’s a honest, hardworking environment. We’ve been at E 44/3 for a good while now and we don’t see ourselves moving anytime soon. It’s just a plain office in a busy industrial zone with a group of regular people.
