Development Manager

Our work is handled out of B 127 in Swasthya Vihar, New Delhi. This is a residential area that has a lot of offices mixed in, so it’s a bit quieter than the main markets but still has plenty going on. The office is located in a regular building, and we have a small sign out front so people can find us. Most of the day is spent handling management tasks, which means a lot of emails, phone calls, and looking over documents. We have a few desks set up, and the walls are mostly covered with calendars and notes we’ve scribbled to ourselves. It’s a very functional space. We don’t really have visitors often, so it stays fairly quiet inside, which is good for getting work done. Sometimes the local dogs in the street get into a barking match, and that’s about the only noise we hear. We have a small pantry where we make our own tea and coffee. The furniture is a bit older, but it serves the purpose. We don't have a big corporate structure; it’s just us here managing the different projects that come our way. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, the desks get covered in folders and loose papers. It is just a simple place where we come to do our jobs and make sure everything is progressing like it should be for everyone involved.
