Damco Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is situated at 65C, Pocket-F in Mayur Vihar, Phase-II. This part of New Delhi is mostly residential, so our office feels quite settled in. We aren't in one of those huge industrial parks. Instead, we are right here among the regular shops and houses. The office inside is practical. We have rows of desks and a small area for breaks. It’s a tech environment, but it doesn't look like a sci-fi movie. It’s just people sitting at monitors, typing away and occasionally getting frustrated when a bit of code doesn't work right. We take our lunch breaks together, often walking out to find something to eat in the market nearby. The stairs in the building are a bit narrow, and the lighting is okay, but it works for us. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. We focus more on the stuff on our screens. Every morning, the neighborhood wakes up, and we arrive at Pocket-F to start the day. There’s a routine to it that feels comfortable. We have been here long enough that the guards know our names. It’s a straightforward place to work. No one is wearing a suit unless they absolutely have to. Most of the time, it’s just jeans and shirts and a lot of focus on the daily tasks.
