We’re based on the ground floor of Plot No WB-74 in Ganesh Nagar-II. Shakarpur is a pretty packed area, so being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to drop in without climbing stairs. We do a lot of different tech-related things, mostly focused on security and hardware. It’s not a shiny showroom. It’s more of a workspace where there are always a few motherboards or cameras sitting on the benches being tested. We started out because we liked tinkering with electronics and realized we could help people in the neighborhood with their tech needs. The street outside can get a bit noisy with all the bikes and traffic, but inside we just focus on the repairs and the setups. We try to explain things in plain English because not everyone cares about the technical jargon. They just want their stuff to work. We’ve been in this spot for some time now and most of our neighbors know us. It’s a bit messy sometimes with all the wires, but we get the jobs done. Whether it’s a small home setup or something for a local office, we treat it the same. Just practical help for local people who need technology that actually functions. We don't have a fancy coffee machine for guests, but we always have a chair and some time to listen to what’s wrong with your gear.
