Our workplace is tucked away in Johri Pur, right near the primary school at A-70, Bhim Vihar. If you hear kids shouting and playing during their break, you know you’re in the right spot. We occupy a space at Kh No 255, and it’s a fairly simple setup for our tech services. North East Delhi can be a bit crowded, but our little corner of Bhim Vihar is alright. We aren't a big company with shiny glass walls. It’s just a ground-floor area with some desks and plenty of computer parts lying around. We spend our days fixing things and trying to help people with their tech problems. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with all the cables and old monitors we have stored in the back. We don’t really have a fancy philosophy about what we do. We just like technology and we’re good at fixing stuff that breaks. Most of us grew up around here, so we know the neighborhood pretty well. We often take turns going out to get tea or snacks for everyone. It’s a very informal environment, and we like it that way. We aren't looking to be famous or anything. We just want to keep the lights on and keep our customers happy without any fuss. It’s a lot of hard work, but we’re used to it. The school bell usually tells us when it’s almost time to wrap things up for the day.
