Codersera Technologies Private Limited

Codersera Technologies Private Limited is based out of 103, Block-2 in the Jan Pratinidhi Apartments. It is a bit different working from an apartment block compared to a big office building. You get the sounds of the neighborhood, like kids playing or someone moving furniture upstairs, but it keeps things feeling real. We have set up our workstations in what used to be a living room, I think. There are wires everywhere and the walls are a bit plain, but it is where all the coding happens. We spend a lot of time just staring at monitors and trying to fix things that broke overnight. It is not a glamorous life, and we are not trying to pretend it is. We mostly keep to ourselves and focus on the projects we have on hand. Sometimes we go downstairs for a quick walk just to clear our heads after staring at the screen for five hours straight. The Block-2 location is easy enough to find once you get inside the main gate. We like it here because it is quiet enough to get things done but close enough to the market if we need to grab some food. It is just a group of people who know their way around software and want to do a decent job without any of the extra fluff you see in big city offices. No one wears a tie here, and the coffee is usually instant.
