We operate out of this space, dealing with our clothing business without much fuss. It’s a quiet enough area compared to some other parts of Delhi, though the mornings can be a bit lively with the local vendors. Our workspace is pretty simple. We have some racks for the clothes and a couple of tables where we do the packing and paperwork. It isn't a place with a big sign or a lobby; it's just where we do our daily tasks. We started this because we liked the idea of running a business from a place that feels like home. Sometimes the boxes pile up near the entrance and we have to move them just to get to the desk. The light in Mayur Vihar is actually quite nice in the afternoons, which helps when we’re looking at colors and fabrics. We don't have a huge staff, so whoever is around just rolls up their sleeves and does whatever is needed, whether that’s answering emails or folding shirts. It’s a practical way to run things, keeping overheads low and staying close to the local vibe of the neighborhood. We mostly just keep our heads down and get through the pile.
