Choursia Pan Bhandar

You can find Choursia Pan Bhandar right on Vikas Marg, specifically in Veer Savarkar Block 23. It’s a busy spot because of all the traffic that goes up and down this road every day. I’ve been sitting at this shop for years, watching the cars go by and serving whoever stops. Pan is something people want at all times of the day, so I’m usually here from morning until quite late at night. The setup is basic—just my counter, the leaves, and the various fillings I use. I try to keep the ingredients fresh because that’s what makes the difference. Many of my customers are commuters who pull over for a minute before heading further into the city. Then there are the locals from the block who come by after their meals. Dealing with people all day is interesting; you hear all sorts of stories. The shop isn't big, but it’s got everything I need to do the job. It’s a bit noisy because of the main road, but you get used to it after a while. I don’t use any fancy labels or marketing. If you like the pan, you come back, and that’s how it has always been for me. It’s just a simple way to make a living, and I’m glad to be a part of this busy area in Vikas Marg. It’s a long day, but seeing the same faces every day makes it better.
